Green interior design combines two areas of expertise: botany and design. It is not "putting plants in the office". It is thinking of greenery as a component of interior design, on a par with light, materials and acoustics. The moss-wall installations and living vegetal walls we create are born from a dialogue with architects and interior designers and integrate into the space with the same precision as a wall finish or a technical false ceiling.
The effect on people is documented: international studies on biophilia show that the presence of greenery in workspaces increases concentration and productivity, reduces perceived stress and improves acoustic comfort. In hotel and contract environments, vegetal installations become an element of brand experience and positioning.
Moss walls in stabilised moss
Moss walls are walls entirely covered with stabilised moss, real moss treated with vegetable glycerine that preserves its colour, softness and texture for over 7 years with no maintenance. No water, no light, no pruning. Just a natural aesthetic that endures over time.
We work with different varieties of moss (flat, cushion, Icelandic lichen) and with mixed compositions that allow plays of texture and depth. Installations can be flat, three-dimensional, modular or cut to design to integrate with logos, signage and corporate branding. Installation is fast and free of invasive site work: ideal even for already operational spaces.
Living vegetal walls and biophilic design
For those who want a living presence of nature, we offer vegetal walls with real plants, equipped with automatic irrigation and LED lighting with optimised spectrum. They work in any space, even without natural light, and beyond the aesthetic effect they actively contribute to air quality, absorbing CO2, formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds.
Plant selection is calibrated on the exposure, humidity and temperature of the space. The most commonly used species (ferns, peperomia, philodendron, spathiphyllum) are suited to permanent indoor life with low light levels.

In addition to walls we complete the offer with a line of green design objects: free-standing acoustic panels, room dividers, table tops with integrated vegetation, lamp-vases, vegetal pictures in stabilised moss. How much does a moss wall cost?
The quote depends on the type of moss chosen (flat, cushion, lichen, botanical mixes), the complexity of the design, the frame finishes and any accessories (engraved logo, integrated lighting, dimensions). Site visit and detailed quote are free.
How long does stabilised moss last?
Stabilised moss maintains its natural appearance for 7-10 years in correct environmental conditions (relative humidity 40-70%, temperature 10-35°C, no direct exposure to UV or water). It requires no maintenance.
Do living vegetal walls require maintenance?
Yes. A living vegetal wall is a small ecosystem: it requires monthly fertiliser checks and refills, occasional plant replacement and irrigation system maintenance. We offer scheduled maintenance contracts that keep the wall in perfect condition for years.
Can I integrate the company logo into the moss wall?
Yes. We regularly work on custom compositions that integrate logos, taglines, directional signage and chromatic inlays. We provide preliminary renderings to validate the concept before realisation.
Does installation require a long worksite?
No. A medium-sized moss wall (3x2 m) can be installed in 1-2 days, with no dust or invasive work. Living vegetal walls require a few additional days for the hydraulic and electrical connections. We coordinate easily with operational spaces.
Do you only work in Ticino?
The operational base is in Lugano, but we deliver projects across Italian-speaking Switzerland and cooperate with firms and clients in the rest of Switzerland and Northern Italy.
